Kite Day in May
What – A picnic for everyone, and a brief service asking God’s blessing on the house and property.
When – Sunday, May 28 from 4-7:30 PM (Rain plan: Monday May 29 from 3-6:30 PM)
Where – Our first event at Benediction Farm, 5407 S Blue Ridge Turnpike, Rochelle. (About a 40 minute drive from Cville.)
What to bring – A side or salad (but come even if you can’t bring anything.) We supply hot dogs, lemonade or shandys. Also bring a hat, sunscreen, maybe a picnic blanket. A kite and string.
What we’ll do – there will be a Kite flying time with an airline pilot giving awards for “most creative design” and “most impressive flight.”
We’ll also play horseshoes, frisbee, corn hole. Wandering the property. There will be wading pools for little ones. April will give a prize for her favourite hat.

Suggested donation (again, come if you cannot give) - $5.00 per adult.
